Platform modules
Explore the platform, module by module
Each module covers one part of running manpower contracts. They share the same worker, client and contract records, so work entered in one module is already there in the next. Pick a module to see what it covers and how it is used day to day.
Workforce & Mobilization
Every worker's profile, trade, documents and status in one record, from the day they join to the day they are demobilized.
In practice
A client confirms 20 masons for a new site. HR filters available masons, opens each worker's checklist and sees at once whose passport, visa or Emirates ID is missing. Only workers with a complete checklist can be mobilized, so nobody reaches site without papers.
Camps & Accommodation
Run worker accommodation from the camp down to the bed: who is staying where, what's free, and who has moved.
In practice
A crew of 15 arrives on Sunday. The camp supervisor checks free beds by block, assigns rooms in one pass and checks the workers in. When three of them move to another camp later, the transfer is logged and occupancy updates straight away.
Attendance & Timesheets
Record attendance site by site every day, correct it with a full trail, and turn it into timesheets your clients accept.
In practice
Each morning, site attendance is entered for every project. When a supervisor corrects last Tuesday's entry, the change is saved with who made it and why. At month end the timesheet is built from those records, ready to download and send to the client.
Requirements, Quotations & LPOs
Capture what each client needs, price it, get it approved and lock it in with a purchase order.
In practice
A client emails asking for 10 electricians and 5 helpers. Sales logs the requirement by trade, builds the quotation from a saved template and sends it for approval. When the client's LPO arrives it is uploaded against the same demand, and bookings are made from it.
Notifications & Alerts
Make sure nothing waits unnoticed. New demand, LPO mismatches and mobilization changes reach the right people.
In practice
A new demand is logged at 9 am, and operations gets an email and a notification without anyone forwarding it. If the workers deployed don't match the LPO, an alert flags it, and once the demand is fully filled it closes on its own.
Supplier Management
Bring external labour suppliers into the same system as your own workforce, with their own view.
In practice
When your own workforce can't cover a request, an approved supplier is asked to fill it. The supplier logs in to their own portal, submits workers for approval and receives their workers' daily attendance by email as an Excel file, with no calls to chase it.
Documents & Compliance
Keep every worker document organized, searchable and current, so you're ready for audits and client checks.
In practice
You decide which documents each worker needs, such as passport, visa, Emirates ID or a trade certificate. Scans are uploaded and cropped in the worker's record, and the HR dashboard shows which ones are close to expiry so renewals start in good time.
Tools & Site Operations
Track the tools and equipment you issue, what they cost, and which contract they belong to.
In practice
A site needs drills and safety gear. The store issues them against the contract they belong to, recording who issued what and to whom. The tool-to-LPO report then shows exactly which equipment went to which contract and what it cost.
Leave, Swaps & Exits
Handle the changes that happen on every contract without losing track of a single worker.
In practice
A worker goes on annual leave, so a replacement is swapped in with an approval. If a client rejects a worker, or someone absconds or leaves the country, the record says so and the worker's status updates everywhere it is used.
Reports & Dashboards
See what's happening across clients, sites and teams, and export it in the format you need.
In practice
On Monday morning, management opens the HR dashboard to see active workers, open requests by trade and monthly trends. Any of the 25+ reports can be filtered by client or site and exported to Excel or PDF for a meeting.
Users, Roles & Security
Control exactly who can see and do what, and keep a record of what happened.
In practice
A site supervisor only sees attendance for their own projects, while HR sees full worker records. Every login and important action is recorded, so if a figure changes you can see who changed it and when.
Clients & Projects
Keep every client, project and site organized, with the rates and history behind each one.
In practice
A facility management client has five buildings across two cities. Each building is set up as a site under one client, with its own contacts and rate history, so every requirement, booking and timesheet is filed in the right place.
